Eligible Items

  • Machinery not as described
  • Significant undisclosed defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged during shipping (if properly insured)

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used or operated equipment (beyond inspection)
  • Items damaged by buyer
  • Items modified by buyer
  • Wear and tear from normal use

Refund Process

Inspection Period

Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect equipment and report any issues. This period allows for thorough testing and verification of the machinery's condition.

Refund Timeline

Once a return is approved and the item is received back by the seller:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
  • International transactions: Up to 30 days

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements and costs depend on the reason for return:

    Seller pays return shipping

  • Buyer's Remorse:
